international student?
by: AHey everyone, I'm an international student and I plan to rush. I can't obviously just travel to attend some spring parties. Can I still get a bid even If I don't attend these Spring parties?

I think the Spring Parties might be more important for the 'Mississippi' sororities. I didn't attend any Spring Parties. I actually didn't decide to rush until about a month before school started. I did get a few recommendation letters to a couple of sororities. I wasn't concerned about the 'tiers' and I accepted a bid to a mid tier sorority. I would get recommendation letters though and as soon as you get here try to make some connections.
