by: PnmWhich houses are most likely to drop you the first and second round?? And if you're a legacy do they drop you at the beginning or the end if they don't want you? I feel like they already know which legacies they want

The Variable Quote increased the chances of the 'top' tier sororities dropping during the first and second rounds. However, all the sororities have to make some tough decisions through every round. Legacies are usually kept through Philanthropy, if a legacy makes it to Preference they are usually okay.

There were less than 1600 girls who rushed in 2016. Because of Variable Quota, the top 3 houses were told to drop 1000 girls at the end of first round, the middle tier were told to drop about 800 girls at the end of first round. With the huge number being dropped so early, even some legacies got dropped early on.
