restorative justice

How many of you all join me in wondering if the "protesters" after the presidential election on the Ole Miss campus should become involved in restorative justice? They destroyed property, yelled obscenities, called out racial slurs and acted inappropriately. I have not heard of any being punished. Are these guys in their safe place? Did you all console them?
