Snap bid would have happened yesterday morning if any chapters had not made their quota during bid matching. Snap bids are ONLY given out before bids are opened .
If you are asking about COB - continuous open bidding - any chapter who is still below chapter total after formal is eligible to bid girls via COB.

No one knows. Since it sounds like you don't have an open mind, it probably isn't going to work for you. Likely only the ones you didn't want are doing it in larger numbers.
Contact the Greek Life office and get your name in for COB. That's the only way you can get contacted if you don't have good friends in the chapters that are doing it. Also know that some chapters may COB but it will only be for a couple of spots and those go to girls who are already friends with members. You'll never even hear about it. Also, if they already dropped you, many chapters won't even consider you again.

It's going to take more than one year to work. You can only make gradual changes based on the number of girls going through recruitment each year.

Call Panhellenic and tell them you are interested in COB and ask if they are compiling a list for the groups. Also ask if they could tell you which groups will be participating in COB. Reach out to the groups that are COBing, if you are interesting in pledging. If you have a BFF in one of the groups, have her help you. If you don't have anyone in there, track down their chapter president or vice president recruitment. Some only have one or two spots to fill and may have done so already. Others have more spots. Good luck!

I get APhi ADPi and Theta here. Kinda AOPi but confused how Phi Mu is on this list? Wasn't there PC last year like 250+? And from what I can tell they have great retention? Unless A LOT has changed in the last year or so. Please explain?!

This is false. The only chapters who are participating in COB are Theta, ADPi, and Alpha Phi. I know for a fact that Phi Mu took more girls than their given quota. If you're interested in COB, contact the Panhellenic office in the student union.

That is a absolutely FALSE. If a pnm is extended a bid and declines, she is ineligible to accept another bid for 1 year. You can't just decline your bid to XYZ and take a COB bid from another house. It doesn't work that way!!
Plus, XO and DDD are over total so they're ineligible for COB.

Correct. That's 100% impossible. 1) There were no "mistakes." 2) You can't give a bid to someone who signed a bid card. They are bound to that chapter for a full year.
