How does COB work and what houses are most likely to participate?

Any house that is still below chapter total after formal rush is eligible to COB up to total. My guess is that there are definitely 2, maybe 3 houses, who are eligible. They will either get some discreet bids out at ASAP so COB girls can join this pledge class , or wait until later this semester or early spring and hold informal cob events. Probably both.
