why the difference

It seems like the guys had no upheaval to their rush this year yet all the women had to suffer through variable quota. How do we make sure the campus doesn't have to go through this again?

Fraternities never have to work within a quota system. They can basically take how many or how few they want. This is true on a national level. Sorority recruitment has rules on a national level and also the local level like what's happening here with the variable quota. All the houses in Panhellenic voted to go to this quota system, so we're the ones responsible and we'd have to change it internally through Panhellenic for next year.

Guys don't give a sh$t. We just like to have a good time with whoever comes along. Sororities are WAY too emotional.
