Hand on the Bible, I'm not a Theta. But would be grateful, as all other sororities have cut me. So if most girls, cut Theta, and all sororities cut me except Theta, then I automatically have something in common with them. I'll be happy to go where ever I'm accepting. As I see some sororities say, "we don't want you if you don't want us", and I feel the same way. I want the sorority who wants me.

Well if you're happy being in the sorority that no one else wants and that takes everyone because they're desperate for numbers, then go for it!

It's not about what anyone else wants. It's about what I want. If this is a low sorority, it's low because of people like you. I'm sure I can find something positive in the girls there. I believe everyone has a purpose and something good to offer. And if not, I can live with my decision. But thank you for doing your best to help me feel bad that I only have one left. Didn't work. Maybe this is where God wants me and could use me. Love you all!

At least Theta has members in their sorority that have a have a vote where as my friend who was cut from KD and who was at top of their list- actually had NO vote! Alumni came in and has made ever decision as to heir pledge class- girls that the standing members had absolutely NO say in. Why even rush then, what is the point?? That to me along with all the top houses function this way NO THANK YOU!! I will pass.

I'm in a top house and love this girls attitude! It's girls like the op that will help theta.
As for kd. Actives have way more say so this year than ever before! If your friend was cut from kd is was because there were girls higher up the list than her. Plain and simple.

Thanks. I just don't see any sense in all the sadness. I mean, I do get it. Feelings do get hurt. But ultimately all of us participating in rush came here hoping someone would want us. So if Theta wants me, then I want Theta! A place where I can actually have real friendships and just be me.
