Accept.

I'm OOS and have been fascinated by the whole process. I don't mean to talk down on any of y'all but at many other schools, there is a clear difference between the girls at the top and the girls at the bottom that is mostly due to looks, extroversion, and money/style.

Here? Not that.

I've seen plenty of girls in Pi Phi and AOPi that were more fun and beautiful than girls at the top chapters. And if I was judging just on Instagram/Tumblr, I would have thought Kappa and Phi Mu were top.

It seems to me that to get Chi O, DDD, KD you have to be massively connected but it doesn't mean those girls are anything more special than DG (sort of straddles the tiers), Kappa, Phi Mu, Pi Phi, AOPi. This is way different than most other schools, even most SEC.

I was terrified going into it because I knew I wouldn't have the connections at the top three but I've really liked many of the other chapters the same, and a couple of them seem even better, and that there are more or less two top tiers...the "real" top tier which is the best MS girls but maybe not all of whom could get top at other schools, and then the "second" top tier who get girls that would be top at other schools but don't have the connections.

I'm going to accept what I get. Seems like at least 2/3 of the chapters here are beyond worth joining.

I came from OOS last year, made it through with my favorite house to pref, and ended up getting my second choice, a lower tier house. I love them so much today. Honestly give the house you get a chance, you will find amazing girls in each one!
