There is a junior girl that pledged chi o two years ago and dropped after a year. She said she couldn't handle how mean rush was. Who does this? It's mean and brutal every year! I think she couldn't handle it.

Not unusual. Chi O bids tons of Jackson girls. Those girls run the sorority. Everyone else takes second stage. You will see Chi O's eating dinner at every house except their own. By their senior year, they don't drop, but they never attend any events.
