updated ranks/tiers for rush 2016

This is a little bit of a change for y'all. 100% what I have observed through the year with all sororities and all my friends in different houses. I'm considering their history here, grades, INVOLVEMENT, placement in competitions, popularity, and what PNMs are rumored to want prerush. You can disagree with this all you want, but changes are here.

PI PHI/ALPHA PHI
AOPI/ADPI
THETA

You will be lucky to get a bid to any of these houses. This is just my opinion on how things are shifting. "Bottom" would be a top anywhere else.

Alpha Phi has no history, bad grades, no involvement etc. They are still at the bottom of the bottom and will stay there when they are forced to take 200 girls during rush
