If an individual participates in every round and ranks his maximum choices each time is he guaranteed a bid? Does it work the same way sorority bids do?

Does IFC set quotas?

Ifc does not gurantee a bid. However, both Beta and Sigma Pi do guarantee bids if you keep going back there lol
