I saw this in the Chad Kelly thread and it's good advice.
If you post more than once a week, you have some serious narcissism issues. Once every two weeks is plenty.

If you post fun pictures of you having fun with other people, then post them. Once or twice an event is okay!
If you are posting nothing but selfies, heavily filtered, then the appropriate number would be NONE!
Anyone constantly posting selfies have serious narcissism issues! Anyone posting pictures of groups of people doing fun things are simply fun people!

I kind of agree with OP. Some girls post the same pic basically every time - themselves in a low cut dress with another friend... it doesn't look like a fun party, it looks conceited. Besides, if you take 100 pics at a party, was the party fun? How would you know? You took pics the whole time.
