how common is dropping
by: opdo people disaffiliate here often? and if so, how do you decide if you disaffiliate or go inactive? can you go back if you disaffiliate for a little bit

The top houses don't have girls disaffiliate. If they do, it is very rare. In my sorority, the only time girls leave our chapter is when they leave school, or get internships or jobs that take up too much of their time (and even this is rare).
I think some of the bottom sororities have this happen quite a bit. Pretty sure someone is going to come on here after me and discredit me, but honestly there is a reason why some chapters can't seem to keep members.

I'm in a top 3 house and I disaffiliated along with a few sisters. It's not even close to uncommon... However I do recommend to do your best to just go inactive, pretty sure you can't go back since it seemed like I murdered every actives dog, pretty sure that isn't a thing. You have to sign a contract and such... Now I'm a GDI! Still happy with my decision but being a GDI is strange
