pnms: how you need to look at rush

With variable rush this year, I'm sure everyone is even more freaked out that they won't get the houses they want. I've even heard girls saying if they don't get a top tier house they will drop. firstly, a sorority isn't based off of tierness, it's a sisterhood, let alone your sisterhood. If you're afraid that you'll end up in a lower tier house that got to take bigger pledge classes, there are so many other girls just like you that will get those houses too. The majority of your pledge classes will be exactly like you, thinking they belong in a higher tier house. If that's the mentality yall will have, then you all together have what it takes to make your house rise in tier. All the houses on this campus were new at one time and it took top girls to get them where they are now. every sorority here could potentially be really good if girls weren't so pretentious and drop because of tier
