How is the variable quota going to affect the chance of getting a bid from kkg or phi mu if you're by a legacy but don't know actives that well? I've met girls from both houses and they were so cool but I don't know them well enough to the point that they would vouche for me in rush. I have a good GPA and was involved a lot in high school

You should be fine with those two houses. They are not top tier, but both respectable middle.
