It totally depends on the sorority. Tri delt will cut over half the pnm's after the first round. They will cut everyone who's gpa is below their cut off, girls without recs, girls with bad reputations, and girls without connections.

Theta on the other hand will only cut for grades and no recs. They get to invite the most girls back after first round.

The number of girls who each sorority has to cut is determined by Panhellenic and return rates from the past 3 years.

Top tier will cut way more than bottom. Especially in the early rounds.

If there are a ton of girls (which there usually are) then grades and recs will be the first cut.

Girls without Recs will be cut first. Our national bylaws won't allow us to bid anyone without a rec.

Next will be grades. Unless you have connections. With connections we may give you a courtesy invite back, but you probably won't get a bid. This is especially for top houses.

After that, girls without connections.
