What are the requirements to get into DDD? Do they care more about gpa or connections

I think they may have raised their gpa requirements last year. 3.2 or above for non-legacies. 3.0 or above for legacies.

I'm not a Ddd, but I remember hearing them complaining because some of their favorites were being dropped because of grades.
