I am in a middle tier fraternity, and this is my opinion on how the rankings are. However these are irrelevant you can have fun where ever you end up. No order after the number, just random. I believe this is the true rankings, not that it matters all that much. Might be wrong on KA, just never hear about them.
1) Sigma chi/Sigma Nu
2) Phi delt/KS
3) ATO/KA
4) Pike/SAE/Phi Psi
5) Beta/Sigma Pi
Everyone else

Look closely and you'll see that the op has listed KA. I don't think they are that low but I don't think they are top any longer.
I also think the op has a valid point about EX. I still think they are near top but EN and Phi Delt are ahead of them.
