by: PnmAt state actives aren't allowed to talk to or hang out with/post pictures wth Pnm's during the summer before rush. Is ole miss like this too? If so when does no contact start.

This isn't state. Active's can hang out with pnm's all summer long. Panhellenic will let everybody know when we can no longer do this.
Warning: if you do hang out with active's, I would not post pictures. If we think you would be "happier in another sorority" we will drop you.

I had not heard this rule. When will Panhellenic let us active's know this?
Will a pnm posting a pic of us together lead to a fine?

Panhellenic actually has changed the rules, actives are officially not allowed to have contact or hang out with any PNMS right now, it started the day after graduation and will end on bid day in October. If you want to hang out with your active friends you can, but do not post pictures at all and don't be seen out with them especially if you are in town and are at bars on the square.
