KD is especially known for this practice. They will "rush you" as they will rush EVERYONE. So, you should not necessarily be flattered if they are "rushing you" because it doesn't mean you are special. They are rushing everyone and getting them lathered up about KD. That way, once they start making cuts, they feel like all the girls that they REALLY want will be good to go. Too bad, so sad for the rest of you losers. #RushHurts

They literally make EVERYBODY feel special. Then when you are expecting a bid they cut you leaving you hurt and vulnerable.
Other top sororities don't really rush girls they aren't interested in. So there is less disappointment when you are not invited back.
