It will depend on how many girls are going through recruitment and how many rounds each house needs to do to accommodate.
Generally rounds start sometime between 2-4 pm and go until around 8-9 pm or sometimes 10 pm depending on the day.
You will have lots of time in between rounds to rest and eat.

If you have classes, you have to attend your class or you will automatically be released from rush if you skip
Usually your gamma chi can work with you on your round schedule. If not, you will just have to miss a round. Not ideal, but most houses understand.
I made sure to schedule all my classes my first semester early enough where I would have time to get back to my dorm and get all dolled up. If possible, you can make sure you are done for the day by noon when you pick your classes.
I'll be a senior next year and I still schedule all my classes to be finished by noon.
