Pretty strict, especially fall semester. ABC regularly raid bars and arrest everyone underage. Fakes are regularly taken up at the door.

In the two and half years in Oxford before I turned 21, I was served regularly, had three fakes taken, and had a close call with ABC.

Most bars are not strict with fake IDs. With that being said the cops and ABC here suck. Don't be stupid, and you shouldn't get caught.
