panhellenic registration before sending in recs?

Hi,
I am trying to see if I need to wait until Panhellenic Registration opens on June 1st before sending in recs? Some of the chapters don't have the updated information for 2016 rush. Do I send them to the addresses on the Panhellenic page and just put "Attention Rush Chariman"?. Can anyone help? Thank you!

You do not turn in your Recs anywhere. You rec writers will know where to send them.

Send them your packets now! Don't wait until registration.
