For sororities, you! Ddd, xo, kd, dg, phi mu, and kappa will all cut you unless you have strong connections.

For fraternities I have no idea

If you have strong connections, grades, personality, etc. then no, you won't. At least not from all houses. But if you have bad grades, no connections, etc., then probably.
