Can an active Chi O write a rec for a PNM at Ole Miss

Yes, but it won't hold much weight. Better to have an alumni write the Rec. Have the active send a quick email to the recruitment chair introducing you.

I'm a Chi O at another SEC school. Active members in our chapter cannot write a recommendation for a PNM at our school or any other. We only accept recs from alums. I am
Almost positive it's the same for every Chi O chapter... only recs from alums are allowed.

I'm a chi o alumni and write Recs all the time, but I also wrote them when I was still an active. Not for our chapter, but for other chapters at different schools.

As I said, my chapter doesn't accept recs from collegiate members but others might. If you wrote one for our chapter it was not recognized. Just saying
