People liked Martin over Cosby because the furniture Is moveable. Furniture in contemporary also moves around and you get your own bathroom.

The only reason Martin gets preferred over contemporary and Cosby is because it’s connected to Stockard and girls can hang out with their guy friends from high school. If you didn’t go to high school in Mississippi or at a few select schools from OOS you aren’t going to break into their friend group or be rushed by a top tier house just by living in Martin. Sadly that’s already been decided and you will be on the outside looking in.

CHOOSE CROSBY!!! Hands down the best experience of my life- all my friend group in Crosby went into different sororities at recruitment but we are still super close three years later. We were all OOS southern girls!
