Personally I haven’t meant a single KD I liked… they’re all very entitled and rude and think they’re the shi because they’re kappa. I think it’s the most intimidating, non welcoming sorority on campus and I’m SO glad I am not apart of this chapter

A middle house that is super insecure. They act like immature high schoolers even as seniors and come back to this site after graduation because they lead very sad lives

Nice beautiful fun smart girls, very supportive of each other - mean girl drama is not acceptable. Accepts girls from all areas, creates diverse and well rounded sorority.

Super classy nice girls who care about their community, school, and sisters. They enjoy their socials, but never look trashy drinking out of cans or bottles without. Roof over their heads. Sounds weird, but it’s a classy thing.

If I could do it all over again I would NOT go KD. These girls are so superficial. They absolutely dirty rush, and I am better friends with girls from other chapters than my own. It's so sad to me.

I’m not here to speak negatively about anyone. My advice is to have an open mind. I would say the girls are nice, but it is very heavy with local girls. OOS girls beware- I definitely think that you’ll feel a little left out. A little dirty rushing going on. Making promises they aren’t supposed to be making. I was told how they couldn’t wait to see me tomorrow. I was assured that I was a girl they really wanted, only to find out they dropped me. I don’t mind not being a good fit, just don’t make promises you can’t keep- that’s tacky. Overall, I think some houses need some humbling- don’t under estimate an “underdog”…

The Southern schools do not read the recommendation letters you so lovingly wrote for your friend's daughters and family members. They no longer care that your child is a legacy. Do your granddaughters a favor and do NOT leave your old sisterhood a single solitary dime in your planned giving! It will take these current and future girls time before they feel the lesson. This current generation has no respect for the alumni or the legacy girls that are sent to them, so do not give them a dime of funding from your estate.

Every KD I’ve ever met that goes/went to Ole Miss is genuinely really nice. The friendships seem very real and loyal. If I rushed I would have definitely wanted to be a KD.

Smart young women who are very focused on success and involvement in the community. They definitely have a close bond and charity, love, fairness and acceptance is what this sorority represents.
