KD looks great from the outside but talk to any honest girl in it and she'll tell you how much she hates it. They have no sisterhood and are super cliquey. They only care about their looks and winning competitions. I definitely know a few sweet, great KD's, but they got a really bad PC this year because of variable quota. How much they care about image is pretty obvious by the likes and dislikes on these posts lol.

You can tell where girls in KD spend their time based on the number of down arrows on every slightly negative post. Literally only worry about instagram and this site which is pretty sad considering its a great sorority

To all PNMs for 2017! Philanthropy is the most important part of sorority life and KD doesn't even care about their own. They had shamrock today and there were barely any actual kids at the event. The event was missing something else important. FUN. I'm sure they were all throwing up somewhere

I am an in state senior going through rush in the fall. KD puts on a great rush I have heard, but after this years rush, I am cutting them first day. They are the inventors of dirty rushing. I heard they promise girls bids and cut them the day before bid day to lead them on all week. I want nothing to do with that. I would never want to be in a sisterhood like this. Going through rush next year is scary knowing how they treated "pnms" this year

Bless your heart DG! Okay, so you're a "pnm" (yeah right) and you are going to 'cut' them the first day. I don't know why I find this so funny - but I do. You must be one special 'pnm' because I am right here on campus and I haven't heard of anyone being promised a bid to Kappa Delta. I made it through several rounds with KD and they were always nice, but there were no promises at any point in the recruitment process. Come on, give it a rest, y'all can actually recruit without bashing everyone else.

I personally know three girls other than myself who were garunteed bids during rush. I had a girl tell me that she had made my bid day basket and it was sitting upstairs. They then didn't get some of the girls who they thought were locked in and tracked a friend and I down on bid day to extend a snap bid. Needless to say they were chased off our lawn.

Absolutely no part of your story makes sense. You wouldn't have been offered a snap bid if you were selected by another Sorority on bid day. And if you were told they had a basket for you, they sure wouldn't have had to snap bid you in the first place. Then you wouldn't have had to 'chase them off your lawn', which I am assuming 'your lawn' means another Sorority lawn. I am going to assume since nothing in your story makes sense none of it is true. But if you are serious about 3 or more of you were promised bids, then you sure should report it to Panhellenic instead of posting nonsensical claims on this site.

@pnm - KD took quota additions this year - that means they went OVER quota. FYI, snap bids are only allowed for chapters who haven't reached quota, and they are not offered beyond the quota limit. Thus, we all know that your story is complete BS. Figure out how the whole bid process works before you try and pass off an out-right lie as if it's truth. That will be useful advice for many other situations in life besides this one, by the way.

I give these girls decent rating.You can not hate a group of girls, yes, they did dirty rush the hell out of girls, but they got them. What they lack is friendship and unity. It does seem fake on the inside but if that is what PMNs that are rushing wants then so be it. Good job on their PR and rush committee, they got girls that can promote the heck out of KD, Just know its not always what it seems :)
