I see lots of girls with a phi letters on their cars and laptops around campus. They don't have many shirts which is understandable but that will change. They're all over campus for how new they are.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Mississippi - Ole Miss 1.0 Just getting started but I would also echo the previous poster's comments- the recruitment was not handled well and communication was very poor. Organization of getting out information was also extremely poor. It may just be that its first pc going through but they seriously need to correct this and to let the girls know what they are really looking for and what their expectations are.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Mississippi - Ole Miss 2.6 Given the fact this is a new chapter at Ole Miss....perhaps they have some growing pains, but the recruiting process for the first group leaves a lot to be desired. The communication at each step was very poor and emails went out to girls that were told they did not make it to next round when in fact, they had been sent in error. This happened to my daughter and it was sent even before she had chance to be interviewed. How can anyone make a decision without even meeting someone first. Strange.

I have no clue what their philanthropy is, and from what is know on campus, so far they aren't amounting to much of anything. I know a couple sweet girls, and I am sure they are happy where they are. However, I would not want to be an A Phi.
