Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Mississippi - Ole Miss 4.2 Doing exceptionally well for their time so far. The fact that 2/3rds of the chapter or more are freshman-sophomores are the only things hurting them. Like any chapter, those are the girls who don't know how to handle themselves, and there just doesn't seem to be enough upperclassmen to keep them together. They'll come out on top in a few years.

Seems like the greek system is still trying to figure out what niche A Phi fits if that makes sense. They're only going into their second real recruitment. Give 'em a few years.

They desperately want to be top tier and they figure if they bash everyone in their path they will achieve that goal. They need to work on their own Sisterhood first.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Mississippi - Ole Miss 2.4 One of the better looking sororitys, yet they are all shady AF. Mostly out of state, although they did well picking up a few great in state girls this year. Minus being shady, the girls here are good looking, smart (mostly) and well accomplished. Great national chapter. And once they get their house, it'll be the newest/nicest. Often put in a tier with theta just bc they are new, but that's not fair. I don't think APhi will ever be in a teir (more in comment)
