A mix of great guys and pretentious douchebags, they currently have a big divide in the chapter that I hope they resolve soon

Literally the best fraternity on campus, probably ever. The guys are all around fantastic people, and not only are they ridiculously smart, but they also know how to have a great party. The brotherhood is undeniable. One of the best things about the guys, is that no matter what the circumstances are, you can always depend on them to be there for (or take care of lol) you. Some of my very best friends, and the very best people you could possibly meet. Rush the hall

Older fraternity, wealthy, and classy. Not known for great parties, but definitely the kind of people you want to marry.

Definitely some of the best guys on campus. Very smart and very attractive, but not full of themselves

They would probably be considered on the same level as Sigma Nu, Sigma Chi, etc... if it was't for their only decent parties. The most involved, smartest guys on campus, and from some of the South's wealthiest families, but their parties are lacking.

If you all have so much money why don't you get teeth cleaned.

Up and coming. Three years ago, it was very well agreed on that this was a bottom tier house. Through the last few pledge classes there has been a upwards trend. To be completely honest, the guys from Ms are below average but the oos guys are very high quality. Strong presence from Texas and Missouri that are both very attractive.

The house is basically split into two groups of guys, the older guys that want the fraternity to stay "smart guys", and the younger guys who basically only want to party and want to become more like other fraternities. The result is a lack of unity. This opinion is backed up by the fact that they lose/cut half their pledges every year.
