Damn right, I have popped in and out over the years and some things never change. Still the classiest. The girls are still hot but lacking on packing them wall to wall this year. All or most still rides from my days. This generation is just different but still have the class. It's the best house on campus and always will be. I pop in and out most years. If I'm in town for a football game. You guys keep it up but look at the legacies that came out of the house 88-94. We wore it out from high school via membership.

Strive to be this guy. Nationally #1. Small pledge class because they are so financially stable. Same house mom 20+ years. great house, Great location. Still have parents weekend every year(most don't) Moms are involved in Rush. Solid.

I love sigep, so I may be a little biased. Sigeps all seem to know each other well, and as a whole I think they have better quality guys than SAE and Pike. If it wasn't for their bad house and slight lack of social calendar then they would be right above them. Probably some of the most fun parties on campus.

Had a total hottie from this frat help me out the other day, dropped stuff everywhere. Picked it up it without second thought and was really nice- great group of guys.
