During rush, these guys would have their whole fraternity (all of 15 actives) at the house and tell you the rest of the guys couldn't make it. They didn't fool anyone and that showed in the fact that no one pledged there through formal recruitment, and I believe they had 4 snap bids return, of which 2 dropped. They have a halfway decent house, but they'll inevitably lose it soon for lack of membership… let pi kap move in and try their luck.
