so sorry you feel that way. It's unfortunate that Ole Miss is all about perception and not true sisterhood. Have you gotten to know some of the girls in your pledge class? I've heard nothing but good things about Theta, so it's a shame that some people are basing "good" sororites on family lineage alone.

Honestly I broke down sobbing when I got Theta. I still don't know if I should stay, but my pledge class seems better than years past. It's just an embarrassment to tell any friends or family that were alums that somehow I got Theta. It's actually supposed to be a fun thing but it feels more like a curse. Hopefully theta will turn around so no girl will ever have to feel like I did on Bid Day
