Why is this enjoyable to you? Do you truly feel in your heart that you are hurting DG or helping yourself by posting, my guess is continually, about alums so that girls will drop DG? Alums have a say, just like alums have a say with every sorority. If an alum says no way to a girl then she probably won't make it, same if she says yes then the girl will be looked at extra hard. But final say resides with the chapter, once again like any sorority. Stop spreading lies and encourage girls instead.
