DEF one of the strongest nationally, along with Kappa, Chi O, Tri D, and maybe PiPhi. Theta may be looked down on in MS, but if you go past the state line, Theta is a big respectable deal.

I've met several of these guys through leadership development programs that our General Fraternity puts on, and they are a pretty solid group. Also my sister is a ChiO at OM and says she has a great time with em. I may be biased since I'm a Beta from Alabama, but I honestly think if they get a good pledge class this year they will be one of the top fraternities at OM. Good Luck Guys.
