If you look at the two most recent pledge classes, they are solidly middle tier. There are only a couple girls in those pledge classes that are weird or awkward, and it's unfortunate that those girls make up the theta reputation. However, the vast majority are pretty, smart, social, and kind, and their theta encore performance was surprisingly good. With the addition of ADPi, theta will be a lot more respected on campus.

This sorority has all the characteristics you would find at DG or Chi O except for the fact that the girls are out of state. Nothing wrong with some california girls though. This chapter should be pround and stay in the direction that it is going.
