The OP below is from the 1950s. The chapter is strong now, and as the OP said, it has the nicest girls with the best sisterhood. There is no denying that they have won homecoming and Miss Ole Miss for the last 3 out of 5 years no matter what the moms and grandmas say who come on here. This is not the AOII chapter they knew. It is more like the strong AOII chapters across the country. The girls in this chapter are not rejected. They are just not ALL from Mississippi. Thank the good Lord! Since many are from OOS, they aren't on the radar of the generational, incestual chapters that have only taken legacies and in-house legacies for 5,000 years. Again, thank goodness! Ugh. Can you imagine? Those girls are going to go back to their MS hometowns and marry some small-town guy from MS who is going to sell insurance or something, and start preparing their child for life at the two private schools in Jackson, MS for life at Ole Miss to repeat the same pattern. No, thank you. Also, let's try to be kind to our newest Panhellenic member, AXO. Remember, when people start to bash you, you know you are doing well. How hard is it to be kind? Do you think your newest homecoming queen is a reject? No way. She is one of the most loved and respected individuals on campus. She just came from OOS, and Ole Miss still has a lot of people who are all about small-town mentality.

APhi is a well rounded sorority with a variety of girls. They are not worried about being the "top" sorority but having fun and being friendly.

I have never understood some of the adpi hate. They are a great house. And they can be a great house without it being some kind of insult towards another house. Simple as that. Ole Miss is lucky to have this chapter on campus.

Awesome class of 2022!! Beautiful, sweet, smart girls who all look forward to helping others. They have a wonderful sisterhood this chapter was founded at Ole Miss. Great group of young ladies
