Definitely have a specific recruitment criteria: blonde, white, rich. Bonus if you’re all 3. There are a few girls I really like but a majority are stuck up and will let you know they’re a Chi Omega. Terrible atmosphere when I went in for recruitment I immediately wanted to leave. One of my recruiters asked me what I did that summer 5 times in different ways and literally talked to me about the weather. Didn’t really try to hide the fact that she didn’t want me in the house. Also heard that they put numbers up behind PNMs backs when walking them through the house to rank them. Imagine every mean girl stereotype and multiply it by 10. Sucks that the nice girls in the house get overshadowed by the rude ones.
