phi psi house

Is anyone gonna take Phi Psi's house or is it just gonna chill there for a couple years?

Phi Psi will be back in the Fall 2017. So it is pointless to rent our house to another fraternity.

Phi Psi is currently trying to lease it for next year, but the odds of finding an organization that has 70 people not signed to leases already is pretty low considering the off campus fraternities are a little smaller (90-120) as opposed to larger on campus chapters (120-180)

Someone said that DPhiE was trying to rent it. That would be stupid, like you are literally going to be right back were you were next year, it's not going to help.
