I just heard they got kicked off officially is this true??

Yes. Their landlord pulled their lease, but they didn't lose their charter or get suspended by the school. So they'll be off campus for at least next year

That most likely won't happen. It will probably go to another fraternity, just because of the way the house is built

No chapter has enough people unsigned from leases to fill that house. Only would work if kids could get out of leases/ if the landlord lets them have it at less than capacity

Both Theta Phi and ASA have enough members to fill that house. I would rather see that house go to a sorority if possible, but let's see what happens.

Yuck...urinals. Reno would definitely be needed, don't know if landlord would agree to it. He owns Sammy and ZBT, and look how he jerks them around.
