No, the way it works is pure luck and who you are matched up with when you walk into a particular house. If those people do not like you, you will not be asked back. They rate you as soon as you walk out the door with a green, yellow or red card. Unfortunately, you could have a best friend in a house who wants you to join, but it doesn't matter if those girls do not like you. This happened to me. I wanted one of my best friends in my house but when she went through she got matched up with a few girls that I don't particularly like and I think the feeling is mutual. Well, after they met with my friend they came up to me and told me that she is not a good fit and gave her a red card. My friend was dropped from my house.

Perhaps I worded my question wrong. I understand that much. What I'm really asking is if you get randomly matched up with a girl and she happens to be a VP or chair, does her vote carry more weight than another girls?
