Not going to happen. Best way to get a bid is to work on that GPA and try again next year. Snap bids are only given to pnms who participated in formal recruitment. COB is extremely rare. And I don't even know what you mean by dirty rush. There is a lot of more detailed info about COB and snap bids (and why this isn't going to happen for you) on some recent posts.
Please listen to what everyone on GR has already told you and stop blowing up this site.
