adpi takes a lot

Is it true that ADpi takes way more than any other houses? I heard they have 170 in their chapter where most chapters have like 130 members..

In the past, they have taken 70 plus, but who knows what they will do this year. It's their choice.

Adpi took large pledge classes for 2 years (2011 and 2012) because their nationals asked them to. That is not the case every year. Sadly, they do have to make lots of painful cuts just like all,of the houses.

Please don't believe the lie posted on GR that said ADPi takes anybody. So not true. They make lots of tough cuts just like all of the other houses do.

They take by far the most out of any house. I think they even have more girls than some unhoused sororities because I think ASA has around 150 girls and TPA has around 160/170, but don't quote me on that. However, ADPi is still a great house to consider during recruitment because they're really nice!

ADPi does not take more girls than unhoused sororities and their numbers are not higher than unhoused sororities. They do have a big house but will take 50 this year like everyone else.

ADPi had the biggest pledge classes the past several years. My frosh year, only 2 years ago, they took 71 and that was definitely the biggest. Nothing to be ashamed of. All the sororities should be taking that many. My year- Theta only took 37, tri-delt 40 with lots of legacies. That's pathetic.

yes they have taken a little bit more than other houses because they only had a 1 year live in policy but I've heard they're moving to a 2 year live in policy which probably means they'll take way less tbh

IU is the only campus in the country where sororities fight over who takes the least pledges. That's screwed up
