best rush advice

Hi ladies!
So as you can probably tell us pnm's are pretty nervous. Could you all help me with some advice on how to go into recruitment and come out with the best possible scenario! Like if you were to rush again, what would you wish you knew! I don't mean like pinning chapters against each other, I just want the best experience possible thank you xo!
