is pike getting a house??

I've heard that Pike is getting property on North Jordan. Is this true? If so, when will they have house?? Next year? Someone with accurate answers please help. Lol

eventually. they got approved for land but havent purchased any yet so they havet started building it yet. i would maybe think by 2017 at the earliest.....or more like 2018
