bids after rush

Hoping to get an appeal waiver for I am so close to a 2.8. (2.78)
Pretty sure I get the waiver. If I don't how can I get a bid after rush?
What houses give them?

You need to focus on school. Rush sophomore year after you get your GPA up.

To be honest most houses will cut you seeing such a low GPA. Most houses won't risk it. They only have 50 bids, I know my house cuts everyone under 2.8.
