pi lam transfer

I'm a pi lam from another school where we're considered a solid upper middle fraternity but planned on transferring to Indiana this coming semester. How is pi lam here?

They're not even a real fraternity. A bunch of goobers who have no pledgeship or brotherhood

To be honest with you, I would look into re-rushing at IU. The Pi Lam frat at IU was just started and is a bunch of guys who didn't get bids anywhere else. We are a lower sorority and wouldn't even consider pairing with them. They are unhoused.
