Lambda and SAE have been making moves. They're at least lower middle by now. Honestly, the guys in those houses are nicer than half the douchebags in the greek system. Delts should be middle. Maybe it's just me but ZBT gives me weird vibes.

I agree with SAE, but as far as pairs go I think Lambda is still bottom tier, but moving up slowly. Guys keep getting better though
