Delta Chi is a ton of fun. Latest pledge classes are really hot and I LOVE going to their parties! Every time I go there I am treated well by the brothers. They still may not be top tier, but they are the most genuine brotherhood I've seen on campus, the guys care for eachother. Definitely on the rise compared to last year

Maybe they like the off campus sorority. Maybe they want a sorority with a bike team who actually qualifies. Maybe this group was cool with DX before they got a house, like some of the other chapters who wouldn't give DX the time of day before they got a house.

They probably have enough brothers and assets to secure some kind of housing situation for when they lose their current house. several other fraternities are in hot water right now which could lead to a potential house for delta chi.
